Source of the data

Your business email address was found on your organisation's public website or in a public directory.

Purpose

To introduce SpotBooker to you by email: a first message and, if you do not reply, a few follow-ups.

Legal basis

SpotBooker's legitimate interest in making its application known to organisations it may be useful to (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data processed

The contact data we use is:

• your name;
• your job title;
• your business email address;
• the address of the page where it was found;
• the content of our exchanges if you reply to us.

Recipients

Your data is not sold. Our technical hosting and email service providers have access to it to run the service.

Messages and records may also be processed by our artificial intelligence provider (Anthropic, United States) to prepare and sort emails, which involves a transfer of data outside the European Union. You can obtain information about the safeguards governing this transfer by writing to us.

Retention period

Your data is kept for 3 years after the last message we sent you that went unanswered, then deleted.

If you object to our messages, your address is kept on an objection list for as long as necessary to respect your choice, that is, to never write to you again.

Your rights

You can object at any time, without giving a reason, to the use of your data for direct marketing (Article 21 GDPR). You also have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing.

You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr), or with the data protection authority of your country.

How to exercise your rights

Reply STOP to any of our messages, or write to contact@getspotbooker.com . Your objection is recorded and we will not write to you again.

We answer other requests within one month.
